Balls are also especially popular here, but masquerades are by far the most common. Spice, variety, and drama can be found here, so spice up your lame, boring lives. |

Residential Districts This is where the people of Dela reside, hence the 'residential districts'. There are separate districts for the classes. The nobles live closer to the palace than those who are of a lower class. Overall, most of the buildings are nice and few are actually run down. Dela is always in good repair. |

Alleys and Streets The dark alleys and sidestreets are a common place for shady deals and dirty deeds around Dela. Things here are usually rather unrestricted. Most of the shops and homes connect to an alley at one point or another. The main streets are polished stones, and people are paid to keep them that way. Rides are smooth and the workers have the funds to feed their families. |

Palace The castle that belongs to the Horsemen resides here. It tends to be heavily trafficked, due to all of the people that are supposedly on 'royal business'. Nobles and the like are allowed to attend most of the balls that are thrown here, and everything is usually rather lovely. The tall, gray building is decorated in an ornate fashion; pennants strung from the tallest towers, banners hanging low, all of various colors and bearing the same crest. |
