Valspara is a small community that is well hidden where the woods near the worn gravel path. This village is mainly made up of elves that are always fighting to stay free. Plagued by constant threats to their security, this place is alert and does not treat visitors very kindly. Houses are rather modern, though they aren't as elaborate as the homes of Dela; these houses were made to be functional and environmentally safe.
