The castle that belongs to the Horsemen resides here. It tends to be heavily trafficked, due to all of the people that are supposedly on 'royal business'. Nobles and the like are allowed to attend most of the balls that are thrown here, and everything is usually rather lovely. The tall, gray building is decorated in an ornate fashion; pennants strung from the tallest towers, banners hanging low, all of various colors and bearing the same crest.
